Life Fitness T3 Treadmill Review

Is The Life Fitness T3 Treadmill Worth The Price?

Life Fitness T3 Treadmill with the Track consoleThe Life Fitness T3 Treadmill looks like a high-end piece of equipment because of the size of the console and the strength of the frame.

It looks like the sort of machine to keep out in a home-gym for daily sessions. But, there is also a hefty price tag to go with it. So, why are people paying thousands for this running machine, and is it worth it?

The Pros and Cons of this Life Fitness T3 Treadmill.

Pros:

  •  The range of programmes for different workout options
  •  The internal memory to save profiles and settings
  •  The cushioning on the deck

Cons:

  •  Potential issues reading the LCD screen
  •  Not that much in the way of additional features or fun extra

The Life Fitness T3 Treadmill looks professional and has some great software to use on that well-cushioned deck.

The main benefits of choosing this treadmill come from the software. While there are also some great comments about the general quality and feel of the machine, there isn’t as much there that is special.

There is the promise of 30% more cushioning than most other treadmills, but many users don’t have a strong point of reference.

Instead, they are wowed by the interesting workout programmes. There are 13 in total to help users get to grips with their fitness goals. Some become hooked on the virtual training. There are also great pulse modes with the wireless heart rate monitor.

Another advantage of choosing this treadmill for these sessions is that there is a built-in memory. Not only can it store 2 user profiles for you and your partner, it remembers what speed you set the treadmill at.

This is great for those that don’t want to waste time messing around with settings and that are focused on either walking, jogging, or running.

The Life Fitness T3 doesn’t have that many features to explore beyond the programming.

Because this is such a high-priced running machine, it is important to look at the more standard features and omissions. The hardware is pretty straightforward with the deck, frame, and console.

While you do get the emergency button, drinks holders, and pulse sensors, the latter may be in an awkward place.

This might be why they threw in that free chest strap. The frame doesn’t fold either, which could be an inconvenience for some.

There is also a comment from one user that found it hard to read the “crisp” LCD display. It isn’t clear if this is due to backlighting, contrast, or the angle.

Does this Life Fitness T3 Adaptable Treadmill do enough to impress and become highly recommendable?

Overall, there is a lot to like about this machine if you want something uncomplicated for reliable regular sessions. The issue is that you could talk about a lot of these features in something a lot cheaper.

It is still unclear why this one is so expensive considering the features provided and excluded.

Still, there isn’t really anything wrong with the machine either. So, if you are in need of a strong treadmill with some great workout programmes and a quality deck – and cost is no issue – the Life Fitness treadmill is still worth consideration.
