Pro Fitness T1000 Folding Treadmill

Is A Pro Fitness T1000 Folding Treadmill An Ideal Mid-range Solution?

Pro Fitness T1000 Folding Treadmill

The product description for the Pro Fitness T1000 Folding Treadmill makes for interesting reading.

There are some nice features listed and the look of the machine doesn’t hurt either. It seems like a solid mid-range choice, so how does it perform?

The Pros and Cons of this Pro Fitness T1000 Folding Treadmill.

Pros:

  •  A lot of the most standard features are present here for those looking for an entry point
  •  There are plenty of programmes and settings to choose from
  •  The design of the display is cleaner than the average

Cons:

  •  The folding mechanism is basic compared to more advanced machines
  •  The deck isn’t the widest and this could inhibit some users

The Pro Fitness T1000 Folding Treadmill has some important standard features to help new users find their best option for a workout regime.

If you were to go through a checklist of all the most important things that a running machine should do, you would get a lot of big green ticks next to this machine.

The running deck appears to have enough cushioning on it for a low-impact session and there are the options to increase the speed and incline as needed.

The 15% incline and 16kmph top speed are averages for this sort of machine. Other nice “ticks” within the hardware are the pulse sensors on the handgrips, the speaker system, and the emergency stop system.

The main selling point, however, has to be the design of the display, there is a nice long set-up here that extends right across the width of the machine.

This eliminates the need to increase the height of the Pro Fitness treadmill and leads to a nice row of clean data in your eye line.

The multiple data streams are complemented by simple controls on the console. You can get everything as you need it and set up one of the 24 built-in programmes.

The Pro Fitness T1000 Running Machine isn’t perfect regarding its dimensions and special features.

There are some potential issues here with the dimensions of the device. First of all, the folding mechanism related to a lift on the deck to raise it to an angle.

It doesn’t appear possible to close up the display and it would be neater to fold the frame and lay that flat against the deck.

Also, that deck is only 125cm by 43cm. This is fine for general use, but not as wide as some high-end machines.

Otherwise, there is little to say against this machine and users are very happy – as long as they can get some help putting all the heavy parts together.

Is this Pro Fitness Multifunctional Folding Treadmill still a recommendable choice with all this in mind?

There may be a few small limitations here and there, and a lack of any special features that make it worth any more than most buyers pay, but it still has a lot of worth.

The design of the console and display does make a difference and should help new users get more out of this versatile machine.

If you can deal with the narrow belt and the two-person assembly, there isn’t much about to this Pro Fitness treadmill to worry about?
